Ödestugu kyrka is a medieval parish church in Ödestugu, part of Barnarp-Ödestugu parish in the Diocese of Växjö. Standing on a hill in the village, it dates from the late 13th century and retains features spanning many centuries.

The church is a whitewashed, towerless stone building, likely constructed towards the end of the 1200s, though some evidence suggests an earlier wooden church may have stood on the same site. The sacristy could be contemporary with the original building or a later medieval addition. During the 1750s and 1760s the church was extended westwards, and a timber, red-painted porch was added at that time. A separate red-painted bell tower stands near the church.

Inside, visitors can see wall paintings dating from around 1600 and 1750, including a mural attributed to Johannes Petri from about 1600. Wall niches surviving from the Catholic era once held images of saints, and unusual 18th-century drapery paintings of unknown authorship surround the windows. In 1815 the interior was remodelled in a neoclassical style, giving the church room much of its present character.

The chancel window is a more recent addition, created in 1992 by glass artist Ann Wolf, depicting six scenes from the life and death of Jesus.

Among the church's older furnishings, the font is attributed to the so-called Lekeryd Master and is thought to date from the early 1200s, making it older than the current stone building itself. The pulpit received its present form in the mid-18th century.

The church also has a history of conflict: local sources record traces of fighting from 1611, when Christian IV of Denmark and a company of riders burned the village and attacked the church during the Kalmar War. The building today holds furnishings spanning from the 1200s to modern times and is recognised as being of national interest for cultural heritage conservation.

The church has had at least two organs: an 1870 instrument by E A Setterquist of Örebro, and the current mechanical organ, built in 1956 by the Frederiksborg organ workshop in Hillerød, Denmark, which received a new façade at that time.
