Churches in Sweden is my personal journey through the history and architecture of my adopted home. I’m Ronald, a 59-year-old Dutchman living in Härnösand, and I’m fascinated by the churches scattered across Sweden’s towns and countryside.
While exploring, I often found it difficult to discover their stories in English. So I decided to start this guide: visiting churches, taking photographs and bringing together information for other curious visitors. I’m beginning around Härnösand and Sundsvall, and adding to it one church at a time.
