Fritsla kyrka is a 19th-century parish church in the village of Fritsla, in the Marks kommun area of Västra Götaland. Built to replace earlier wooden churches on a different site, it now belongs to Kinna-Fritsla parish within the Diocese of Gothenburg.

The present stone church was built in 1848–1849 by master builder Per Pettersson of Sandhult parish, to designs by the architect Abraham Pettersson, and was consecrated in 1851 by Bishop Anders Bruhn. It replaced a timber church of 1618, itself successor to a medieval wooden church, from which a font bowl and a censer survive. The old 1618 building had a shingle-clad timber frame and ceiling paintings by Sven Wernberg, though these have since been lost.

The church has a rectangular nave with a slightly narrower, semicircular chancel to the east, and a west tower topped by an open lantern. Whitewashed walls, both inside and out, are pierced by large round-arched windows, and the nave is covered by a tiled saddle roof. A major renovation in 1949, funded by donations, saw the pews replaced and the interior repainted, while a further renovation in 1973 added rooms beneath the gallery — including a small devotional room known as the 'bridal chamber', which now houses eighteenth-century paintings rescued from the old church's gallery front.

Among the church's furnishings is a sandstone font, carved in two parts and dating from the late twelfth or early thirteenth century, decorated with chain-ring friezes and foliage ornament though now considerably weathered. The pulpit and altarpiece structure were both made in 1849 by Johannes Andersson of Mjöbäck, the latter formed as a temple gable supported on two columns. The current altar painting, showing the Crucifixion flanked by John and Mary, was completed in 1929 by Albert Eldh; an earlier altar ornament, a cross with a shroud and crown of thorns, is now displayed on the south wall of the chancel.

The gallery front paintings, depicting Christ and the apostles, were made by Sven Wernberg in the 1730s and are among the church's most distinctive surviving decorative works, having originally been created for the earlier timber church. Of the two bells, the larger is a late medieval piece bearing no inscription, while the smaller was recast in Skara in 1768 and carries a devotional verse. The current organ, with 22 stops, was built in 1994 by Mårtenssons orgelfabrik.
