Bäve kyrka, in Uddevalla, is a modern church consecrated on 26 August 1973 to serve Bäve parish. It replaced a medieval predecessor and stands out for its striking aluminium relief frieze running the length of its façade.

The medieval Bäve church, a stone building dating from the 1100s and known as St Michael's Church, stood only a few hundred metres from Uddevalla church. By the late 1500s it had fallen into disrepair, and a visiting bishop in 1594 judged it beyond saving; it was demolished before 1624. For centuries afterwards, parishioners from Bäve worshipped instead in Uddevalla church, with no church of their own until the twentieth century.

The present church was built in 1973 to designs by architect Carl-Anders Hernek. It takes the form of two low, square building volumes joined at one corner, with the main entrance and an internal church square occupying the point where they meet. One volume holds the church hall and sacristy, the other parish and community rooms. In 2008 the building underwent substantial renovation and rebuilding, adding spaces for children's and youth work alongside a kitchen.

The most distinctive feature is the 160-metre relief frieze running along the façade walls, created by artist Bertil Berggren Askenström and titled "Evangelium i aluminium" ("Gospel in aluminium"). Askenström also designed the glass and silver altar cross. Other notable furnishings include a large cross by Torsten Mellgren near the altar, a tapestry behind the altar made by Kerstin Sundberg in 1973, and a wooden font with a square shaft and a circular basin holding a glass bowl at its centre.

The church has an organ with two manuals and seventeen stops, built in 1973 by Lindgrens orgelbyggeri. The church hall seats around 228 people, with a smaller assembly hall used for gatherings such as christening receptions.
