Jonsbergs kyrka is a wooden parish church in Jonsberg, Östergötland, part of Östra Vikbolandets pastorate. Built in 1726, it is the only timber church in the pastorate and was restored in 1961 following a fire. Its history stretches back further still, with an earlier structure once standing on the site.

The present church was raised in 1726 as a cross-shaped timber building, its walls of horizontal log construction clad in red-painted panelling beneath a hipped copper roof. A separate wooden bell tower, dating from 1692, predates the church itself and points to an earlier place of worship having stood here before.

The building was restored in 1904 by the architect Carl Bergsten. A more significant intervention followed a fire in 1959, after which the architect Kurt von Schmalensee oversaw a careful restoration returning the church to its earlier appearance; it was reconsecrated in 1961.

Among the furnishings, the altarpiece is carved from Gotland limestone and dates from 1647, making it older than the church that now houses it. The pulpit was made in 1756 by the Norrköping sculptor Niclas Österbom, while the present font, of Kolmården marble, was added in 1900.

The church has had a succession of organs. An early instrument was donated by Hans Eriksson Ulfsparre, with repairs recorded in 1701. An eighteenth-century organ built locally was later sold to another parish, and a further instrument followed in 1756. The current organ was built in 1960 by the German firm Jehmlich Orgelbau of Dresden.
