Tuna kyrka is a parish church in Tuna församling, in Vimmerby kommun, Kalmar län, standing around two kilometres southeast of the village of Tuna. Its present building dates from 1893, though the site's church history stretches back much further.

A church is recorded at Tuna from early in the medieval period. It was enlarged during the 1600s and underwent several renovations, with a west tower added in 1737 and a new sacristy built in 1764. Further repairs followed through the 1800s.

By the late nineteenth century the parish decided to replace the ageing building entirely. To limit costs, the medieval tower was retained, and the new church was constructed as a shell around the old medieval structure, which was then demolished from within in 1893 — an unusual and practical piece of building history that shaped the church visitors see today.

Among the church's notable features is the family burial vault of the Hammarskjöld family, a detail of interest to those tracing the lineage's Swedish roots.

The organ has its own layered history. An instrument was built for the church in 1793 by Pehr Schiörlin of Linköping. The current organ dates from 1935, built by Åkerman & Lund of Sundbyberg as a pneumatic instrument, but its facade still preserves the appearance of the earlier 1793 organ.
