Trökörna kyrka is a parish church in Trökörna, part of the Diocese of Skara in Västra Götaland county, southern Sweden. Though first documented in 1583, the building is considerably older, and it has seen substantial rebuilding over the centuries.

The earliest recorded church at this site had a timber nave and a stone chancel, though the origins of the building are thought to predate the 1583 reference. In the seventeenth century a burial chapel was added on the north-eastern side, later converted into a sacristy, and the timber nave was replaced with a stone structure in 1690. The present three-sided chancel dates from 1798.

The tower was built in 1894 to designs by the architect Erik Josephson, and that same year the interior was substantially remodelled: a panelled ceiling in a triple-vault form was installed and much of the furnishings replaced. The former burial chapel was incorporated into the main body of the church, with the coffins from its vault moved out to the churchyard.

A further renovation took place in 1927–1928 under a programme by the architect Axel Forssén, during which the 1894 east chancel window was bricked up. The eighteenth-century pulpit and a simple altarpiece from the same period were introduced as part of this work.

Among the church's furnishings is a medieval font of chalice-like form. The altarpiece and a pulpit were made in 1738 by the sculptor Michael Schmidt, and purchased for the church in 1750.

The church has two bells: the larger is a late medieval piece of a standard type, uninscribed, while the smaller was cast in Skara in 1747. The organ, on the west gallery, has a case dating from an instrument built in 1902 by Nordfors & Co.; new pipework was added in 1969 by the same firm, retaining some older material.
