Transtrands kyrka is the parish church of Lima-Transtrands församling, standing in the Västerdalälven valley at Transtrand in Dalarna. This modest, whitewashed stone church replaced a series of earlier timber chapels on the same site.

A wooden chapel is recorded here as early as the end of the 1500s, and it survived, later put to other uses such as a parish meeting house, until it was demolished in 1830. A new timber chapel had been built in 1670, consisting of a rectangular nave with a straight-ended chancel, a porch to the south and a sacristy to the north. It was lengthened by 6.5 metres in 1750, given a new sacristy in 1788, and its ceiling was decoratively painted in 1760.

The old chapel was pulled down in 1830-31, though its sacristy was moved and converted into a mortuary chapel. The present stone church was built in 1824-30 in a Neoclassical style, designed by master builder Olof Sjöström of Hedemora and reworked by Carl Daniel Björck. It is a plain rectangular hall church with a straight-ended chancel, an eastern sacristy and a western tower topped by a square lantern. The façade is whitewashed and pierced by round-arched window openings, and the tower has round-arched sound openings.

A restoration in 1926 added a semicircular chancel projection flanked by small side rooms and a new sacristy, while the old sacristy became a gathering room. The gallery was rebuilt and fitted with pews in 1847, and the church interior, including its ceiling, was altered again in 1960.

The Neoclassical altarpiece was made in 1830 by Johan Görsson to Björck's designs, originally serving as a combined altar and pulpit. In 1926 the sculptor Per Kers added the carved and gilded 'Eye of God' motif to the altarpiece and also created the pulpit. The organ, built in 1960 by the Danish firm Marcussen & Søn, has 22 stops across three manuals and pedal.

In the churchyard stands the Transtrand Monument, depicting a dying forestry worker attended by two companions, a striking reminder of the hard working life once common in this timber valley.
