Svedjans kapell: In the slope down towards Lake Tavelsjön lies Svedjan Chapel, next to the church's camp site. The altarpiece is a large window facing the lake, so the scene changes with the seasons. The chapel is popular for baptisms, weddings and summer services.

You can book the chapel and/or the camp site for camps, baptisms and weddings. The chapel has approximately 90 seats.

The building was designed by the architect Per-Anders Lennartsson and was inaugurated in 2003. It is built in the shape of an octagonal barn. A couple of thick pine trunks from the forest above the camp have been used to support the ceiling.
