Suntaks kyrka is a parish church in Suntak, in Tidaholm Municipality, Västra Götaland County, built at the turn of the twentieth century to replace an older medieval church on the site. It now belongs to Valstads församling within the Diocese of Skara.

The present church was built between 1899 and 1902 to designs by the architect Folke Zetterwall, in a neo-Romanesque style. Because of uncertain ground conditions, the nave was set out on a north–south axis rather than the more usual east–west orientation, with a square chancel, an attached sacristy and a tower. The building stands on a granite plinth with white-rendered walls, and pillars taken from the old church were reused flanking the entrance.

Several fittings were carried over from the demolished medieval church. The pulpit, carved in 1713 by Jonas Ullberg, shows the four evangelists separated by twisted columns, with a figure of Christ on the sounding board above. The font bowl is of sandstone and dates from the twelfth century; its mid-section, including eight small colonnettes, had been lost and was reconstructed during restoration work in 1970–1971 under the architect Tore Virke, following guidance from the county antiquarian Sven-Axel Hallbäck.

The altar and its shrine were built as part of that same restoration. A carved figure of Christ holding the world, originally associated with the pulpit, was moved to the new altar shrine, whose doors carry wrought-iron symbols of the Passion, made by the artist Thomas Hellström of Rättvik. A modern crucifix in the sacristy is the work of Eva Spångberg.

Two old bells give a sense of continuity with the earlier building. A small bell, cast in either the twelfth or fifteenth century depending on the source, hangs on a bracket inside the church and is said to come from the old church's demolished bell tower. In the tower itself hang two further bells: one dated 1756, moved from the old church, and a larger bell cast in 1952. Sources differ on the exact age and weight of the smallest bell, and this remains unclear.

The church also retains a silver communion chalice said to date from the fifteenth century, though its cup was remade in 1949, and a small five-stop organ built in 1903 by Levin Johansson of Liared.
