S:t Olovs kyrka: In the middle of Skellefteå stands the church commonly known as the "Stadskyrkan" ("City Church").
Sankt Olovs kyrka was built in 1920s classicist style during the years 1925-1927. The church was built according to designs by the architects Knut Nordenskjöld and Gustav Adolf Falk, Stockholm. The master builder was J. A. Johansson, Bureå.
It is located 50 metres from the E4 motorway, yet one can still experience calm inside the church.
A service is held every Sunday.
