Slätthögs kyrka is a parish church in Slätthög, in the Diocese of Växjö, standing around 15 kilometres north of Alvesta. It serves the Slätthög-Mistelås parish and occupies a site that has held a place of worship since medieval times.

A medieval stone church once stood on this site before being replaced in 1841–1842 by a Neoclassical building designed by Samuel Enander. Although construction finished quickly, the formal consecration did not take place until 1855, conducted by Bishop Christopher Isac Heurlin.

The church is built of whitewashed, roughcast stone and consists of a rectangular nave with rounded corners at the chancel end. A sacristy lies behind the chancel to the east, while the west tower is topped with an enclosed lantern and a clock.

Inside, the barrel-vaulted hall church originally had an altar-pulpit combination in the chancel, and the chancel walls and ceiling were decorated with paintings. During a 1955 renovation, based on proposals by architect B. J. Jörgensen, most of these paintings were removed, though the chancel ceiling decoration was retained — a triangular motif representing the eye of God surrounded by rays and clouds. At this time the altar-pulpit was moved to the north wall of the nave, and the older altarpiece from the previous church was reinstated in its place in the chancel.

Among the church's furnishings is a Romanesque font, an altarpiece made by Johan Ullberg in 1742, and a pulpit with a sounding board decorated with gilded symbols, which had earlier served as the altar-pulpit. Wooden reliefs above the sacristy doors were carved by artist Eva Spångberg in 1992, adding a modern touch to the historic interior.

The church's main organ has a complicated history: its oldest components were built in the 1770s for Växjö Cathedral by Lars Wahlberg, with the work completed after his death by Olof Schwan. The organ was substantially altered several times before being moved to Slätthögs kyrka in 1887, where it was installed behind an existing façade from an earlier 1846 instrument; further rebuilding took place in 1937 and later decades. A smaller mechanical choir organ was added in 1982.
