Särslövs kyrka, in the small settlement of Särslöv near Staffanstorp in Skåne, dates back to the 1200s. Visitors come chiefly for its striking medieval wall paintings attributed to the so-called Harrie Master and its seventeenth-century altarpiece.

The church was built during the Romanesque period, and its chancel and nave survive largely from that time, though the nave's windows have since been enlarged. Vaulting was added in the 1400s, and above it the medieval roof structure remains intact, particularly undisturbed above the chancel.

The church's pointed tower, with its stepped gables, replaced an earlier freestanding bell tower; sources agree the current tower dates from the nineteenth century, though the exact circumstances of the change are not detailed.

The chancel's wall paintings, dating from the late medieval period, are attributed to the Harrie Master. They were later limewashed over, a covering that inadvertently helped preserve them in unusually good condition when they were eventually uncovered. Among the figures visible is the apostle Paul, shown seated beside Peter.

The altarpiece dates from the 1600s; its inset paintings were added towards the end of the following century. The church also holds a triumphal crucifix from the first half of the 1400s, a notable survival from the medieval building.

The organ, built in 1890 by Johannes Magnusson of Gothenburg, is a mechanical instrument with fixed combinations, retained largely in its original form.
