Gylle kyrka is a medieval parish church in Gylle, on the flat farming plain of Söderslätt in Skåne, belonging to Dalköpinge parish in the Diocese of Lund. Though rooted in the Middle Ages, its present appearance owes much to a substantial nineteenth-century rebuilding.

The church's origins lie in the medieval period, but its structure has been altered considerably over the centuries. The most significant change came in 1875, when the nave was extended eastward and a new chancel was built, giving the church much of its current form and markedly changing its earlier appearance.

Inside, visitors can see an altarpiece and pulpit both dating from the sixteenth century. The altarpiece is thought to date from around 1580, with the pulpit believed to be somewhat later.

A notable chandelier was donated to the church in 1852 by Anders Larsson, the churchwarden of Gylle at the time. According to a contemporary newspaper account, it was first used during the Christmas morning service that year.

The church has had a succession of organs. An eight-stop instrument was built in 1839 by Anders Larsson of Malmö, and was enlarged and rebuilt in 1869 by Jöns Olsson Lundahl, also of Malmö, reportedly to considerable local acclaim. The current pneumatic organ dates from 1923 and was built by Olof Hammarberg of Gothenburg.
