Saltoluokta kyrkkåta is a distinctive turf-built church in the form of a traditional Sami kåta, standing in the small settlement of Saltoluokta within Jokkmokk parish, deep in the Norrbotten mountains near the Swedish Tourist Association's mountain lodge.

The church was built in 1959 under the direction of master builder Jovva Spik. Its construction reflects Sami building traditions rather than conventional church architecture: a timber frame is covered with turf, giving the building its characteristic low, rounded kåta shape.

Inside, the church has an earthen floor scattered with birch twigs, and worshippers traditionally sit on reindeer skins rather than pews, lending the interior a simplicity that sets it apart from most Swedish churches. A freestanding bell tower stands separately outside the building.

The furnishings were made by Sami craftspeople. The altar holds a cross made of horn by Nils Erik Kuoljok, and candlesticks were made by Erik Tuolja and Nils Erik Kuoljok. A bowl-shaped chandelier is the work of the noted Sami artist Lars Pirak. The church bell itself was a gift from the Swedish Tourist Association, reflecting the close relationship between the chapel and the nearby fjällstation.
