Rödeby kyrka is a parish church in Rödeby, in the Swedish region of Blekinge, built in the neo-Gothic style during the 1870s. It stands on a site with a much older church history and holds a notable seventeenth-century carved altarpiece.

The present church was built between 1875 and 1877 to a design by the Stockholm architect Per Ulrik Stenhammar, with N.P. Carlstedt as master builder, and was consecrated on 2 December 1877. It replaced an earlier stone church that had stood on the same site, said to date from around the eleventh or twelfth century. Built of grey granite, the church has a nave with north and south transepts and a three-sided chancel to the east, with a sacristy tucked into the angle between the chancel and the north transept. The west tower rises in three stages to a tall spire topped with a cross, and inside, the roof is a broken timber ceiling with visible bracing.

One of the church's most treasured furnishings is the carved oak altarpiece, made in 1673 by the sculptor Åke Truedsson, associated with either Karlshamn or Asarum depending on the source, and originally created for the older church. Its central scene depicts the Last Supper. The surviving painted decoration on the altarpiece is considered remarkably well preserved for its age, having reportedly been painted in 1680 by Peder Starck and later retouched in 1784.

The three large pointed chancel windows, dating in their structure from the 1870s, were fitted with painted glass in 1986 by the artist Per (or Pär) Andersson, illustrating scenes from biblical history. Other notable furnishings include a font of white limestone from 1953 with a chased brass basin, and a relief depicting Christ with children by the artist Eva Spångberg.

The church organ has a layered history: the original instrument was built in 1878 by the Blekinge organ builder Andreas Åbergh of Karlskrona, later rebuilt in 1909, altered again in the 1920s and 1950s, and most recently restored in 2021–2022 to recall its early twentieth-century character, work carried out by a Slovenian firm. A smaller choir organ, built in 1991, stands in the south transept.

The church has undergone several rounds of restoration and repair over the years, including work in 1898, 1927, 1954, the mid-1970s, and again around 2010–2011, when it was rededicated after renovation.
