Rasbokils kyrka is a medieval parish church standing at the edge of the Lejstaån valley, a few kilometres north of Rasbo in Uppsala county. Built of grey stone with brick gable ends, it is notable for its well-preserved early sixteenth-century wall paintings and detached wooden bell tower.

The site is thought to have held an earlier church, possibly of timber, whose masonry sacristy walls survive as the oldest part of the present building. The oldest fabric, between the sacristy and chancel, likely dates from the Folkung era, while the rest of the church, with its star-vaulted ceilings, was built around 1500 and has seen no major additions since.

The church is a single-nave hall church divided into three bays, with pointed gables decorated with blind arcading. Its interior wall paintings were created in the early sixteenth century by an anonymous artist known as the Rasbokil Master. Whitewashed over in the eighteenth century, as was common practice at the time, the medieval paintings were uncovered again during a restoration led by Sigurd Curman in 1909–1910, when the organ loft was also replaced by a raised platform for the organ.

Among the church's furnishings is a font of Gotland sandstone, probably carved in the thirteenth century, which was returned to the chancel during the 1909–1910 restoration after having stood for a time in the mortuary. The pulpit was made in 1646 by Berendt Sifwertson of Uppsala, and the altarpiece and altar screen both date from the eighteenth century.

A short distance from the church stands a detached eighteenth-century wooden bell tower, originally an open timber structure before being clad with panelling in the nineteenth century; it houses two church bells. In the churchyard stands the runestone known as U 1012, and the church also contains the von Post family burial vault, where Carl Claes Mörner (1730–1786) is said to rest.

The church's organ has a layered history: an eleven-stop instrument was built in 1757 by Carl Holm of Uppsala, funded by a bequest from Captain Johan Conrad Sternfeldt. The present mechanical organ was built in 1829 by Pehr Zacharias Strand of Stockholm and has since been renovated more than once.
