Osby kyrka is a parish church in the small town of Osby in Skåne, part of Osby-Visseltofta parish in the Diocese of Lund. Its chancel and apse date back to the 12th or early 13th century, though much of the building visible today is 19th century.

The church has medieval origins, with the chancel and apse believed to date from the late 1100s or early 1200s. Over the centuries it was extended: a north transept was added in 1701 and a south transept followed in 1769–1770. In 1834 the old nave was demolished and replaced with a much larger one, together with the square west tower, allowing the church to hold over 1,400 people. It was reconsecrated in August 1840.

A significant restoration took place in 1934–1935 under cathedral architect Eiler Græbe, which returned the chancel to something closer to its medieval appearance. As part of this work a chapel dedicated to St Peter was created, fitted in 1938 with a brick altar and a painted triumphal crucifix. Notably, the altar in this chapel was placed away from the wall so the priest could face the congregation during mass, said to be the earliest known example of this arrangement in Sweden.

Inside, a small museum on the gallery holds older fittings including a font canopy, an early 18th-century verger's chair and a chasuble from 1785. The elaborately carved oak pulpit dates from 1593, and stands to one side of the church, having replaced a combined altar-pulpit that was used from 1834 until the 1930s. The stone font dates from the 1600s, while a brass christening dish from 1652 is kept away from view except during baptisms because of the risk of theft.

The altarpiece, depicting Christ with the disciples at Emmaus, was painted in 1934 by Olle Hjortzberg and donated by the Ivarsson brothers, founders of the Brio toy company, though it was not actually installed until 1940. Other notable furnishings include a gilded silver bridal crown from around 1700, two early 18th-century chandeliers from Skultuna, and stained-glass windows from 1925 depicting the baptism and resurrection of Christ. The church's three bells date from 1725, 1776 and 1793.

The present organ was built in 1960 by A. Mårtenssons Orgelfabrik, incorporating the façade of an earlier 1859 instrument; it stands on the west gallery and replaced two earlier organs recorded from 1707 and 1908.
