Norra Sandby kyrka is a parish church in Hässleholm, in the Diocese of Lund, southern Sweden. Consecrated on 6 November 1864, it was built in a neo-classical style but with a distinctive stepped-gable tower, and stands within Hässleholms församling.

The present church was built in 1863–1864 to designs approved by the architect Johan Fredrik Åbom, replacing an earlier church on the site. Construction was put out to tender in 1862, and the building was consecrated on All Saints' Day 1864, when a local provost also donated an organ to the new church. The stone building consists of a nave with a narrower chancel apse to the east and a stepped-gable tower to the west.

In the 1940s a wall was built between the church interior and the sacristy. On this wall, in 1952, the artist Pär (also spelled Per) Siegård painted a fresco depicting Christ and the saints, giving the chancel its distinctive decorative focus.

Among the church's furnishings is a granite font with a cylindrical bowl dating from the early 13th century, considerably older than the current building. A wooden crucifix, said to date from the 15th century, is described in one source as a late-medieval processional crucifix on the altar, possibly brought from the earlier church. Brass altar candlesticks are dated 1643. Two bells hang in the tower, the larger cast in 1698 and the smaller in 1871 in Kalmar.

The church has had several organs over the years, including an 1864 instrument by Lundahl & Olsen and a later one built in 1946. The current mechanical organ was built in 1983 by A. Mårtenssons Orgelfabrik in Lund, with a new facade designed by Torsten Leon-Nilson.
