Mörsils kyrka is a parish church standing just outside Mörsil in Jämtland, within the Diocese of Härnösand. This stone church, consecrated in 1856, replaced an earlier medieval building and remains the place of worship for the surrounding Västra Storsjöbygden parish.

The first church at Mörsil was built in the early 1300s but stood roughly half a kilometre east of the present site and had a detached bell tower. When it was demolished in 1852, its old pulpit was moved to Vallbo chapel rather than being lost.

Construction of the new church began the same year under master builder Anders M Svensson of Östersund. It is a rectangular stone building with a straight-ended chancel, an attached eastern sacristy and a west tower topped by an octagonal lantern and slender spire. The whitewashed walls and timber barrel-vaulted interior give the church a light, simple character. The first service was held in 1853, though the building was not formally consecrated until 1856.

Much of the original fixed pew furnishing and the west organ gallery date from the time of construction; the gallery's balustrade carries figurative paintings added by Bengt Hamrén in 1931, the same year the church underwent restoration under architect Anders Ekman of Östersund, when the sacristy was divided into two storeys. A further restoration in 1977 added an understructure beneath the gallery. The organ façade dates from 1865.

Among the furnishings, the pulpit was carved by Salomon Hägglöf and Erik Söderkvist in 1851–52. The font, dating from the 1600s, is crowned with a pelican, a traditional Christian symbol of Christ's sacrifice and blessing. Above the font hangs a wooden relief from the 1500s depicting the Nativity in Bethlehem. The altarpiece, showing the Crucifixion, was painted by Bengt Hamrén in 1931, and two further paintings in the chancel, by Erik Persson of Valne in Alsen parish, depict Christ before Pilate and the institution of the Last Supper.
