Mjäldrunga kyrka is a small stone church in Herrljunga, Västra Götaland, built in Romanesque style probably during the 1100s or 1200s. Standing at a crossroads on a slight rise, it retains much of its medieval character alongside later additions and furnishings.

The church was built of granite with very thick walls, following a tower-less design with an apse and a triumphal arch separating nave from chancel. A timber porch stands at the west end, while a sacristy was added to the north side in 1922. The exterior is finished in white roughcast render, with a wooden shingle roof, and the round-arched, six-paned windows are typically Romanesque in style.

Inside the chancel, fragments of older wall and ceiling paintings survive, including depictions of angels bearing a message of peace, thought to date from the 1600s. The gallery front is notably decorated with carved woodwork, restored in 1940 to recover its original colouring.

Among the church's furnishings is a stone font, believed to date from around 1200, carved in two parts with a rounded basin and concentric raised bands; it is recorded as having sometimes been used upside down. A wooden statue thought to represent John the Baptist, dating from the 1400s, stands on the south side of the chancel. The pulpit, with its panelled decoration, dates from the 1600s, and an iron-bound chest from the 1200s is kept in the sacristy.

In the churchyard stands a red-painted timber bell tower housing two bells. The larger bell is thought to date from around 1530 and carries an inscription invoking divine help for those who contributed to its casting.

The church organ, installed on the west gallery in 1956 by Tostareds Kyrkorgelfabrik, has eight stops across two manuals and pedal. Funds for its purchase were raised by parish members, supplemented by a substantial donation from a Swedish-American benefactor.
