Millesviks kyrka is a small parish church in Säffle, Värmland, standing in an area unusually rich in ancient monuments. Its earliest stonework probably dates from the 1100s, making it one of the oldest surviving churches on Värmlandsnäs, though its present appearance owes much to later rebuilding.

The church's oldest fabric survives in the western part of the nave, where masonry from a medieval stone church, probably built in the 12th century, is incorporated into the later structure. The original chancel is thought to have been demolished around 1700, after which a new three-sided chancel typical of the period was built in its place.

A log-built porch was added in front of the nave's west gable in 1794, and during the 19th century a sacristy was built onto the east end while the nave walls were raised by several courses of timber. The result is a modest, tower-less building with whitewashed walls, weatherboarded log construction and a shallow slate roof.

Inside, the nave is covered by a wooden barrel vault with a moulded cornice, a feature dating from the mid-19th century. Before this the church had a flat ceiling; sources differ on whether this ceiling was painted by the church painter Hans Georg Schüffner in 1763 or 1963, a discrepancy worth noting rather than resolving.

The altarpiece, painted in 1854 by Gustaf Brusewitz, depicts Jesus blessing the children, and a remnant of an earlier 17th-century altar structure is said to survive alongside it. The pulpit and its canopy also date from the 17th century, while the soapstone font is thought to be considerably older, possibly from the 13th century.

The church's organ, built in 1903 by Johannes Magnusson of Gothenburg, replaced an earlier four-stop instrument from 1865 and remains a mechanical instrument with fixed combinations, a modest but characterful survival from the early 20th century.
