Månstad kyrka: On a hill next to what is now the asphalted railway trackbed through Månstad stands the church. A wooden church was erected here in the 13th century, but it was destroyed by fire a couple of hundred years later. Today's church replaced the earlier one and was built at the end of the 15th century.

Inside the church, however, some of the furnishings recall the earlier medieval period: the stately crucifix above the altar dates from the 14th century, made of wood and depicting the suffering Jesus on the cross. Somewhat older still is the font of sandstone from the 13th century. During a period from the 19th century onwards, the font was handed over to a private individual and later came to the Gothenburg Museum, which has now lent it to the church! It returned to Månstad church in 1954. Above the font hangs a trumpeting angel, whose task is to remind of the Last Judgement. The wooden angel was made in the 18th century. The pulpit is adorned with sculptures from the 17th century depicting, among others, the evangelists.
