Kinna kyrka is a 19th-century parish church in Kinna, in the Swedish province of Västergötland, built to serve a population expanding rapidly alongside the town's textile industry. Though modest in age compared with many neighbouring churches, it stands on a site with a medieval predecessor.

An earlier church is recorded on this site in medieval times, but the building visitors see today dates from 1879, when it was constructed to designs by architects A. W. Nordien and Sven Larsson. Its growth reflects both a wave of religious revival across western Sweden and the rapid population increase brought by the district's growing textile industry.

The church is built in a simple neo-Gothic style, with pointed-arch openings, buttresses and small tower turrets typical of the period. The plan is a single-nave hall church with a narrower five-sided chancel to the east and a tower to the west. A sacristy adjoins the north-east side, its woodwork renewed in 1951 to designs by Sigfrid Ericson, who had earlier overseen a restoration of the church in 1939.

A further renovation in 1969–1970 gave the interior a lighter colour scheme with generous gilding, though most of the original fixed fittings survived, with the exception of the pews. A stone funerary chapel was added in 1922, designed by Martin Westerberg, and the churchyard was later extended under Allan Berglund.

Among the church's furnishings are a communion chalice dating from 1793 and a velvet chasuble from the 17th century, both notably older than the building itself, hinting at continuity with the earlier medieval church on the site. The altarpiece, an oil painting, was completed by Ludvig Frid in 1883, shortly after the new church opened, and the stained-glass windows were made by Albert Eldh between 1920 and 1925.

Two bells of late-medieval origin hang in the church, both unusually plain, lacking any inscription around their necks. The church's main organ, installed on the gallery, has been rebuilt more than once: an 1883 instrument by Salomon Molander was replaced in 1934, and the present organ, completed in 1984, incorporates material from both earlier instruments, retaining the 1883 case front. A smaller chancel organ was added in 1996, and a separate organ serves the funerary chapel.
