Jämjö kyrka is the parish church of Jämjö, in Blekinge, within the Diocese of Lund. Sometimes known as Oscar's Church, after the future King Oscar I who was crown prince when it was built, it stands on the site of an earlier medieval stone church.

The present building dates from the 1820s, replacing a medieval stone church that was demolished at the time, some of whose stone was reused in the new construction. It was designed by the architect Jacob Wilhelm Gerss, with the building work overseen by master builder Nils Fredrik Wahlqvist, and was consecrated in October 1826 by the Bishop of Lund, Wilhelm Faxe.

Built of grey fieldstone, the church has a simple, unadorned exterior with whitewashed walls broken by large round-arched windows. It comprises a rectangular nave with a tower rising over the chancel at the west end, while the main entrance and porch are at the east — an arrangement that reverses the more usual orientation. The nave is covered by a saddle roof, and the tower is topped with a low, gently curved cupola.

Inside, the whitewashed church has a segmental barrel vault resting on a moulded cornice. The original altar-pulpit, with its temple-front facade set in a round-arched niche, has survived; since 1926 it has held a sculptural group, with a new pulpit added on the south side of the chancel at the same time. The pews and gallery are also original to the 1820s building.

Several older furnishings give a sense of the church's longer history. The font, shaped as an angel holding a shell, dates from 1710, while a crucifix is said to date from the seventeenth century, as does a three-branched candlestick above the font. A chandelier in the chancel dates from 1724, and the crystal chandeliers from 1828. The altarpiece is a later addition, painted by Olle Hjortzberg in 1952.

The gallery organ was built in the early 1880s by Carl Elfström of Ljungby, rebuilt in the 1940s, and altered again in 1972, when the historic case was retained even as the mechanism was renewed. A separate, strongly voiced chancel organ, built for the parish hall chapel but found too powerful for that smaller space, has instead found a good match in the acoustics of the church.
