Sankt Hans kyrka is a modern parish church in the Norra Fäladen district of Lund, consecrated on Lady Day, 27 March 1971. Named after John the Baptist, it forms the heart of the local district centre alongside its adjoining school and square.

The church was designed by the Lundquist and Rendahl architectural practice, with Hakon Ahlberg, Yngve Lundquist and Hans Rendahl credited as architects. Built in red brick with a plain, unadorned character both inside and out, it shares its architectural language with the surrounding buildings on Fäladstorget. The west front facing the square is more richly treated than the other elevations, and a prominent bell tower marks the church's presence in everyday life. Inside, the pale brick continues across walls and floor, and the altar, font and pulpit are movable, allowing the space to be used flexibly. The altar itself stands at the lowest point of the church, said to symbolise Christ descending among the people.

The best-known feature is the chancel decoration by the artist Stig Carlsson, unveiled on St Lucy's Day in 1981. It shows a pale, smiling cross set in front of a darker, more angular one, with three interlocking circles suggesting the Trinity. Coloured glass set into brass rods allows light to fall across the altar in a shifting pattern of reds, an effect sometimes described as a shower of grace. Carlsson also produced a set of ten ceramic Stations of the Cross on the east wall.

The font, a pewter basin shaped like a boat, was made by Ljung of Lund and rests on an octagonal base of rough-hewn pine; the boat is intended to recall the Church, and the Christian life, sailing the seas of the world.

The church's icon depicts Christ Pantocrator, painted by Eva Munther. Before it was installed, it was reportedly carried from home to home within the congregation so that parishioners could sit with it and come to know it personally before it took its place in the church.

Two bells were hoisted into the tower in December 1970, named Johannes and Tomas after John the Baptist and the doubting apostle Thomas; both were cast by the M & E Ohlsson bell foundry in Ystad. The mechanical organ, built by A. Mårtenssons Orgelfabrik of Lund, was inaugurated in 1978 with sixteen or seventeen stops (sources differ), and was later enlarged in 2019 by the organ builder Anders Sällström, who added Principal 8' and a reed stop with electrically controlled valves.
