Horns kyrka is a parish church in the northern part of Skövde municipality, Västergötland, part of the Diocese of Skara. The present building dates from 1804, though it stands on the site of a medieval church and retains several older features.

A Romanesque church was built here in the twelfth century, consisting of a nave, chancel with an apse, and a tower. When it was replaced by the current church in 1804, most of the old structure was demolished, but the tower survived, its base wall and internal staircase incorporated into the new building along with a neoclassical lantern added on top. An iron door from the twelfth century is preserved in the porch, and the sandstone font, carved in the 1200s, also survives from the medieval church.

The nineteenth-century interior was originally plain, with only a simple sun-rayed cross above the altar as a symbol of God. Between 1890 and 1899 the church was remodelled in a Gothic Revival style: pointed-arch windows were inserted, along with new pews, a pulpit and altar rail, and a smooth panelled ceiling. This late-Victorian character still largely defines the interior today.

The altarpiece, painted by Sigrid Oxenstjärna-Aminoff and installed in 1951, replaced the earlier cross and depicts Christ reaching out to the people, with the hill of Billingen and a vision of the heavenly Jerusalem in the background. Further changes came in 1938–39, when new inner window arches, a draught lobby between porch and nave, and oak doors were fitted, the pews rebuilt, and the original blue ceiling colour uncovered.

The church has two organs. On the west gallery stands the diocese's oldest surviving instrument, built in 1848 by Johan Nikolaus Söderling, with a partly sounding façade; it has been altered and restored several times since. A second, smaller organ was installed in the choir in 1982 and later repositioned and repainted. Its decoration, added in 2001 by the artist Harry W Svensson, shows trumpeters, female faces and a Madonna or Saint Lucy figure. Beneath the gallery hangs a textile hanging by Gerd Allert depicting birds in flight through space.

Of the two bells, the smaller has a Romanesque form and is thought to date from the 1200s, making it, alongside the font and iron door, one of the few tangible links to the church's medieval origins; the larger bell was recast in Skara in 1727.
