Högs kyrka is a medieval parish church in Hälsingland, standing amid an area rich in ancient remains a short distance west of Hudiksvall. Once serving Högs parish, it now forms part of Forsa-Högs parish within the Diocese of Uppsala.

The church is believed to have been built in the 1190s, making it one of the older stone churches in the region. Later in the medieval period it was extended westward, and further building work followed in 1702–1703, when it was lengthened again to the east. During this later phase the original stone vaults were removed and replaced with wooden star-shaped vaulting, a feature still visible inside today.

In the churchyard stands a stiglucka, or covered gate, which originally served as the entrance to the burial ground before the churchyard was later extended and the gate lost its practical purpose. Two runestones stand near the church, and a large burial mound is also recorded nearby, underlining the long history of settlement and activity in this area long before the present church was built.

Inside, visitors can see several medieval wooden sculptures, including an altar cabinet dated to 1471, and a processional banner thought to date from around 1500. The pulpit was installed in 1671, while the font is attributed to the medieval sculptor Sighraf, a name associated with several stone fonts in the region.

The church's organ has been rebuilt more than once, with instruments installed in 1860 and 1916 before the current organ was built in 1949 by A. Mårtenssons Orgelfabrik of Lund.
