Hammarby kyrka is a small parish church at Hammarby, northeast of Eskilstuna, within Kafjärdens församling in Södermanland. Modest in scale, it is the smallest church building in its parish, yet it holds several features of considerable age and interest.

The church's origins probably date to the 12th century, when the tower and nave were first built. In the 14th century the building was extended and fitted with wooden barrel vaults, which were themselves replaced in the 15th century by the brick vaults still seen today. The church combines brick and natural stone, and its roofs, including the distinctive curved four-sided tower spire crowned with a copper cross and orb, are covered in wooden shingles.

Among the furnishings, a limestone font dates back to the 12th century, making it one of the oldest objects in the church. A triumphal crucifix survives from the 14th century, while the pulpit, built in 1612, is said to be the oldest in the province.

The church's bells were originally housed in a separate bell tower before being moved into the church tower itself during the 1770s.

The church has had more than one organ. A harmonium served before 1956, when a small pneumatic organ by Setterquist & Son was installed during restoration work; it is reported to be no longer in use. In 1984 a mechanical organ built in 1970 by Walter Thür Orgelbyggen was acquired from Kjula kyrka and brought to Hammarby.
