Gudmuntorps kyrka is a parish church in Gudmuntorp, part of Ringsjö församling in the Diocese of Lund, Skåne. Though rebuilt in the 19th century, it retains a tower believed to date from the medieval period, hinting at a much older origin.

The present church was built in 1861 to designs by Johan Adolf Hawerman, a prolific church architect responsible for around a hundred new buildings and alterations across Sweden. According to one source, the rebuilding was funded by Count Einar Carl Ditlev Reventlow, then owner of the Pugerup estate, which held patronage rights over the parish. The church has a stone structure with a nave, a narrower chancel to the east, a three-sided sacristy, and a west tower whose lower section is medieval, surviving from an earlier building on the site.

That earlier medieval church was built in the Romanesque style, possibly during the early Middle Ages, and some accounts suggest a wooden church may have stood here even before that, though this remains uncertain. A description from 1747 recorded the medieval church as built of smooth fieldstone, with two bells in the tower. A later inventory from 1830 listed several furnishings, including four pulpit panels, an old altarpiece, a wooden font, and a notable clergy pew dating from 1573.

From the mid-1600s until 1919, the owners of Pugerup held patronage rights over the church, meaning they had a say in appointing the priest but also bore responsibility for its upkeep. Notably, King Karl XIV Johan purchased the Pugerup estate in the 1820s, though he is said to have visited only once.

When the church was rebuilt in the 19th century, the old clergy pew was preserved, but most other furnishings from the medieval building were dispersed or lost. In 1985, four wooden sculptures from the 1600s were returned to the church; they are thought, with reasonable confidence, to be the work of Jacob Kremberg, one of the leading wood carvers active in Skåne when the region was still under Danish rule.

The church has had several organs over the years, the first built in 1879 by Anders Victor Lundahl of Malmö, followed by a further instrument in 1930. The current organ, a mechanical instrument, was built in 1967 by A. Mårtenssons Orgelfabrik of Lund.
