Brännö kyrka is a small wooden church on the island of Brännö, near Gothenburg, built through local fundraising in the mid-twentieth century. It belongs to Styrsö församling in the Diocese of Gothenburg and remains closely tied to island life.

The church's origins lie in a sewing circle started by island residents in 1936, formed specifically to raise money for a church of their own. Enough funds had reportedly been gathered by the 1940s, though building work did not begin until the 1950s. The municipality donated the site of the old school for the project, and the church was finally consecrated in 1954, designed by architect Olov Geggen.

The building has a timber frame on a natural stone base, with a nave running north to south and seating for around 70 people. Its exterior walls are covered in white-painted corrugated metal sheeting designed to resemble traditional standing wooden panelling. The narrower chancel, on the south side, was added later, in 1978. The interior colour scheme was altered during a renovation in 1993.

Most of the church's fittings were donated by parishioners or islanders. The font is a light wood stand built around an existing baptismal bowl, and the pulpit takes the form of a simple ambo, also in pale wood. Above the door to the porch stands a small wooden votive ship, thought to date from around the mid-twentieth century — a detail that reflects the island's seafaring links.

The bell tower was raised in 1954 alongside the church, again paid for by donations. Before the church acquired its own bell, one was borrowed from Norums kyrka; the tower later came to house a 110-kilogram bell of a type sometimes called a buoy bell, held on deposit from the Swedish Maritime Administration — an unusual maritime touch for a parish church bell.

A pipe organ by Hammarbergs Orgelbyggeri AB was installed in the 1990s, replacing an earlier electric organ.
