Donsö kyrka is a white wooden church on the island of Donsö, off Gothenburg, consecrated in 1955. Originally built as a funeral chapel, it was transformed into a parish church after islanders raised funds over several years. It belongs to Styrsö parish in the Diocese of Gothenburg.

The building began life in 1932 as a burial chapel, designed by Gustaf Ljungman, standing beside the Donsö churchyard that had been laid out in the 1830s. Local residents formed a church foundation and, after years of fundraising, converted the chapel into a full church between 1954 and 1955.

The conversion, designed by Valdemar Bäckman, was completed in time for the church's consecration on 30 January 1955. Much of the building retains an early twentieth-century appearance, though the west entrance clearly reflects its 1950s remodelling. The tower was raised from seven to eighteen metres and topped with a tall, narrow copper-clad spire that gives the church much of its distinctive silhouette. A three-sided chancel and a separate sacristy were added at this time, and the nave has a tiled saddle roof, hipped over the chancel. Inside, the walls are whitewashed and the ceiling timber-panelled, with fixed pews arranged either side of a central aisle.

A free-standing bell tower beside the church is thought to date from the 1830s, contemporary with the churchyard itself. Its original 1835 bell was later moved into the church, while the bell tower today holds a replacement cast at the Götaverken shipyard in 1933.

Most of the church's furnishings were donated by parishioners, and the altarpiece was painted by Folke Persson. A small organ by A. Magnusson Orgelbyggeri, installed in 1973, replaced the original 1955 instrument.

The adjoining churchyard, consecrated in 1834, began as a cholera burial ground and was later extended. It contains a memorial to fishermen lost at sea, and an ash-grave grove was established in the early 2000s.
