Bräcke kyrka is a wooden church standing on a hill above the village of Bräcke in Jämtland, offering wide views across the surrounding landscape. Built in the mid-19th century to replace an earlier church, it remains the parish church of Bräcke-Nyhem.

The present church was built in 1859 to a design by the architect Abraham Rafael Ulric Pettersson, replacing a smaller wooden church dating from the 1580s. The parish requested changes to the original plan, including a longer nave and a north-side transept and door, before the final drawings were approved in August 1858 by the future King Oscar II, then acting regent. Construction, carried out by the parishioners themselves under master builder Johan Nordell, began in summer 1859, paused over winter, and was completed by June 1860. The church was consecrated on 4 November 1860, having cost the small parish a considerable sum for its size.

The exterior is clad in horizontal wooden panelling, painted pale yellow, with a 33-metre tower housing two bells, one cast in 1778 and the other in 1859. Inside, the nave has a wooden barrel-vaulted ceiling. The altarpiece, depicting Christ at Jacob's Well, was painted by Karl Tirén in 1926, and a crucifix on the altar was donated to the parish in 1944.

The sacristy, sometimes used for smaller services, contains furnishings said to have come from the earlier 1580s church, including an altar, altar rail and pulpit. According to one source, these pieces were scattered when the old church was demolished but were later reassembled and brought together here.

The church's interior took on much of its current appearance during a 1960 renovation, when wall panelling was added, and further careful restoration has taken place in more recent years. The churchyard, a wooded burial ground through which the Sösjöbäcken stream runs, is noted as a particularly attractive setting.
