Bolshögs kyrka is a small parish church in the village of Bolshög, in the countryside near Glimmingehus in Skåne. Standing beside a crossroads amid a scattering of farms, it is now part of Gärsnäs parish and preserves substantial medieval fabric.

The church's oldest parts date from the twelfth century, and much of the original stone walling survives in the nave and tower, including brick-vaulted bays added in the fifteenth century. Curiously, the church once stood just outside its own parish boundary, lying within the neighbouring parish of Östra Tommarp — a quirk probably rooted in an older medieval division of the parishes.

The building was substantially altered in the nineteenth century. Sources differ slightly on the exact date, giving either 1868 or 1869, when the eastern end was demolished to make way for a spacious transept, along with new vaulting, roof timbers and roofing. A new western entrance was created at this time, though the older medieval doorways were uncovered and preserved, visible against the whitewashed walls.

Among the church's most notable furnishings is a late twelfth-century font attributed to the so-called Blentarp group of stonemasons, unusual for combining a sandstone bowl with a limestone base. The altarpiece features a mid-sixteenth-century alabaster relief depicting the Resurrection of Christ, made by the Antwerp school in the Netherlands — a striking imported artwork for a small rural church.

The church also contains two pulpits, the older and more richly decorated of which is dated 1708. Its mechanical organ, installed in the mid-twentieth century by a Danish workshop, replaced an earlier instrument from the 1920s.
