Hälleberga kyrka is a modern parish church near Gullaskruv in Kalmar county, rebuilt after a devastating fire and known for its striking chancel window and Orrefors glasswork. It also has links to a notable revivalist preacher of local memory.

An earlier timber church, probably built in the 1300s, once stood to the south of the present site. By the late 1700s it had become too small, and a new church was constructed between 1819 and 1820 using plans locally drawn up and later revised by Per Wilhelm Palmroth at the Överintendentsämbetet. Built as a cruciform log church with a sacristy behind the choir and a west tower topped by a pyramid-shaped spire, it was consecrated in 1821.

On 18 October 1976, that historic building was destroyed by fire. A new church, designed by architect Jerk Alton and built under the direction of engineer Magnus Nilsson, was consecrated at Epiphany 1979. Alton's modernist design echoes elements of the earlier church, including the tower shape and rounded chancel windows.

The most striking feature inside is the chancel window, "Himmelrikets blomster" (Flowers of the Kingdom of Heaven), created by artist Britta Reich-Eriksson. The altar cross and chandeliers were made at the Orrefors glassworks, giving the interior a distinctive crystal sparkle. Remarkably, the 1653 font and a floor clock now standing in the choir were rescued from the fire and remain in use today.

The church is surrounded by a terraced churchyard, including a memorial garden with a glass cross. Nearby stands the former schoolhouse, now the parish hall, and beyond it the Hälleberga vicarage. Close to the church gate lies the grave of Peter Lorenz Sellergren, a noted revivalist preacher, beside a large oak tree associated with his name; a painted portrait of him hangs in the choir.

The church has had a series of organs over the years, the most recent built in 1982 by Grönlunds Orgelbyggeri, following the destruction of its predecessor in the 1976 fire.
