Lilla Harrie kyrka is a medieval parish church in Skåne, no longer serving Lilla Harrie itself but forming part of Kävlinge församling since 2006. Its Romanesque origins, later remodelling and notable furnishings make it a rewarding stop for visitors interested in Scanian church history.

The original church was built in the later 1100s in Romanesque style, with an apse, chancel and nave, traditionally attributed to the mason Mårten Stenmästare. Traces of this early sandstone footing are still visible in the base of the walls. During the 1400s the apse was demolished and the chancel given a straight eastern end, while the ceiling was fitted with brick vaulting; wall paintings from this period, attributed to the so-called Tåstarp group, survive on the arches and vault ribs, with further scenes in the apse painted in the 1500s by a workshop known as the Lilla Harrie group, depicting the Last Judgement and apostle figures.

The tower's building history is a little uncertain: one source dates its construction to the 1400s, another to the early 1850s, and a serious partial collapse of the tower is recorded in 1854, damaging part of the nave vault though the roof structure and bells survived. The tower did not receive its present simple saddle roof until the mid-1950s, to a design by cathedral architect Eiler Graebe; before that it had ended in four gable peaks and a blunt spire.

A restoration in 1939–40 uncovered the foundations of the original apse, which was rebuilt a few years later to serve as a sacristy. A further, larger renovation took place in 2013, when the chancel's altar rail and altarpiece surround were removed in favour of a smaller stone altar; older altar stones found beneath the floor during the work were built into its new structure. The historic altarpiece was relocated to the old organ loft, and a digital organ installed near the pulpit, replacing an earlier mechanical instrument.

The current altarpiece, painted in 1942 by Pär Siegård—a founder of the modernist group De Tolv, known for his expressionist style—shows Christ blessing the disciples before the Ascension. An older altarpiece from 1744, depicting the deposition from the cross, hung in the church until 1882, after which it passed through several private owners before eventually returning; it now hangs on the nave's north wall.

Other notable furnishings include a Renaissance pulpit dated 1599, repainted in its original colours during a 1942 restoration and bearing decorative heads, royal monograms and initials; a 1600s chandelier and a pair of brass candlesticks from 1642 in the chancel; and a font attributed to Mårten Stenmästare himself, inscribed with a runic text naming him as its maker, together with a 16th-century brass christening dish showing the Annunciation. Two limestone gravestones stand against the tower's west wall, and a copy of a carved tympanum sits above the porch entrance, the original now held in the Historical Museum in Lund. The church's two bells are dated to 1395 and the 1500s respectively.
