Kattarps kyrka is a Romanesque-style parish church in the village of Kattarp, Skåne, built in stone around the late 1100s or early 1200s. Though its medieval core survives, the building has been substantially altered over the centuries, most dramatically in the mid-nineteenth century.

The church's whitewashed walls and mostly round-arched windows reflect its Romanesque origins, while the stepped-gable tower dates from a fifteenth-century remodelling, when vaulting was also added. A description from 1729 records a much smaller building: a nave of only two vaulted bays and a lower tower, with a semicircular apse projecting from the east end.

The church's appearance changed significantly from the 1760s onward. In 1769 the tower was raised and given new stepped gables. Far more extensive work followed in 1853–54, when the growing congregation had outgrown the building. Plans for a complete rebuilding were narrowly avoided thanks to the architect Carl Georg Brunius, who instead extended the nave with two transepts and designed a new, part-rounded chancel. The transept gables, unlike the tower, are smooth-faced with deep blind niches, and were originally left as exposed brick in Brunius's characteristic style before later being whitewashed. Further interior changes were made in 1915 by Theodor Wåhlin and in 1951 by Gustav W. Widmark.

The present pulpit, in solid mahogany, was made in the 1850s by the local joiner A. Ekelund, replacing earlier fittings from the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries that had been removed during the rebuilding. Its wood was painted over in the 1890s but restored to its natural finish during Wåhlin's 1915 restoration. The carved figures now decorating it—depicting Moses and Old Testament prophets, and Christ with the four evangelists—were added by the sculptor Ralph Bergholtz during the 1951 restoration.

Among the church's furnishings, two brass candlesticks from 1610 are the oldest surviving items. The altar has seen several changes: after Brunius's restoration it was simple, later adorned in the 1890s with a plaster replica of Bertel Thorvaldsen's statue of the Risen Christ. In 1911 the artist Nils Forsberg donated a large altarpiece, its subject drawn from the choir of St Mary's Church in Helsingborg, which was given its current position during the 1915 restoration. A gilded silver communion chalice, presented to the church in 1648, and a chandelier from 1772 in the tower vault are among the other notable historic items.

The present organ was built in 1950 by A. Mårtensson's Orgelfabrik of Lund, replacing an earlier instrument from 1870.
