Gislövs kyrka is a parish church at Gislöv, on the flat farmland of Söderslätt in Skåne, within Dalköpinge parish. Its plain exterior conceals a long and layered building history stretching back to the early medieval period.

The church has its origins in the early Middle Ages, with the chancel and nave, decorated with a round-arch frieze along the eaves, added during the 13th century. Vaulted ceilings were inserted in the 15th century, and in the following century the walls and vaults were decorated with painted murals, a common feature of Skåne churches of this period. The tower was not completed until much later, built in stages between 1760 and 1824, giving the building its present silhouette.

Inside, a crucifix surviving from the 15th century is among the older furnishings, offering a tangible link to the church's medieval life. The pulpit and altarpiece both date from the 17th century, reflecting the Lutheran refurbishment typical of Swedish parish churches of that era.

The church has had at least two organs. An instrument with 13 stops was built in 1864 by Johan Nikolaus Söderling of Gothenburg. It was replaced in 1972 by a mechanical organ from A. Mårtenssons Orgelfabrik in Lund, which remains in the church.
