Forsviks kyrka is a wooden church in Forsvik, Karlsborgs kommun, built in 1934 to designs by Carl-Otto Hallström. Standing where a stream leaves Lake Viken, it deliberately echoes the timber church-building traditions of the eighteenth century.

The church is a pastiche in the best sense: its cruciform plan and the styling of both exterior and interior were consciously modelled on eighteenth-century wooden churches, rather than on contemporary 1930s design. It replaced the medieval wooden church of Undenäs, which burned down in an arson attack in October 1890.

The building has a cross-shaped central plan, with the altar and an attached sacristy at the north end and a tower at the south gable, through which visitors enter. The tarred, shingle-clad roof and red-painted, panelled and shingled walls give the exterior a traditional rural character. Notably, the spire crowning the tower is not new: it was rescued from the burning medieval church at Undenäs in 1890 and reused here.

Inside, the nave is covered by a coved ceiling, with a central aisle leading to the altar against the end wall. Fittings include an altarpiece painted by Märta Afzelius and a chancel scheme created by Jerk Werkmäster in 1964. A votive ship hangs in the church, a common feature in Swedish coastal and lakeside parishes, often given in thanks for safe passage or in memory of those lost at sea or on the water.
