Anga kyrka is a small medieval parish church in Östergarn parish on Gotland, valued for its unusually well-preserved Romanesque interior. It stands as one of the island's smallest churches, yet holds a rich concentration of medieval wall paintings and furnishings.

The present building dates from the first half of the 13th century, built in a consistent Romanesque style. It replaced an earlier church that had burned down. Its exterior is notably plain and unadorned, with rounded arched portals and a rounded apse, giving the structure a compact, unified appearance without sculptural decoration.

In 1717 the church was plundered by Russian forces, who made off with money, textiles and other movable property, stole the church bell, and used axes to break open chests and cupboards.

Inside, the church retains one of Gotland's best-preserved combinations of wall paintings and historic fittings. The older paintings, signed by an artist named Halvard, date from the end of the 13th century and are mainly ornamental in character. Later paintings, from the mid-15th century, are attributed to the so-called Passion Master.

Among the furnishings are a simple limestone font dating from the later 13th century, a well-preserved altar cabinet from the late 14th century, and a triumphal crucifix from the 15th century. The pulpit dates from the late 17th century, and the pews were installed during the 18th century.

A runic inscription on the north wall of the nave lists the farmers who took part in building the church, with a further runic text found on the east wall. The church was restored in 1946–1947 following proposals by the architect Erik Fant, with further exterior restoration in 1983. A mechanical organ was built in 1964 by the John Grönvall Orgelbyggeri workshop in Lilla Edet.
