Vedby kyrka, in Söndraby on the edge of Klippan in Skåne, is a brick church built in the 1860s on the site of an earlier medieval church. It serves the parish of Klippan within the Diocese of Lund.

The present church replaced a medieval predecessor and was constructed between 1865 and 1867, to a design by master builder J. Hallberg of Ängelholm, working with a colleague named Andersson. It has a three-aisled nave with a three-sided chancel to the east, its vaults carried on pillars around half a metre in diameter. The church, its extended churchyard and its new organ were all consecrated together on 1 September 1867, in a ceremony led by Professor Skarstedt from Lund; a schoolhouse was built alongside the church at the same time, a project driven forward by the vicar A. Lundquist.

From the earlier medieval church a notable survival is an oak triumphal crucifix, which is now kept at the Historical Museum in Lund rather than in the church itself.

Among the furnishings, the sandstone font, its bowl decorated with a frieze of round arches, is thought to date from the 1100s, making it far older than the present building; its copper basin was added in the 1600s. An altarpiece dates from the first half of the 1600s, and the current altar painting was a gift from the owner of the local paper mill. The parish sewing circle also contributed many furnishings over the years, including vestments, candlesticks, wall sconces and collection bags.

The organ has a layered history: the original instrument, built in 1867 by Jöns Lundahl and Knud Olsen with 17 stops across two manuals and a pedal division, had its façade designed by Hallberg. It was later replaced by the organ heard today, built in 1928 by A. Magnussons Orgelbyggeri of Gothenburg, with mechanical action and pneumatic wind-chests, and renovated in 1970.
