Västra Vrams kyrka stands south of Tollarp beside the Vramsån river in Skåne, part of Tollarp parish in the diocese of Lund. Consecrated in 1869 to designs by the noted cathedral architect Helgo Zettervall, it replaced a cramped medieval church whose predikstol and other furnishings were carried over into the new building.

The medieval church that once stood here was built of grey fieldstone in Romanesque style, probably in the 1300s, and later gained a tower and porch. By the mid-1800s the growing congregation had outgrown the building, and after debate over whether to extend it with transepts or start afresh, the parish chose to rebuild entirely. Zettervall's neo-Gothic designs were approved in 1867, and construction began in 1868; only a fragment of the old tower was retained, and a dispute over whether this remnant could safely support the new spires reportedly went as far as the Court of Appeal.

The new church, consecrated on 12 December 1869 by Bishop Wilhelm Flensburg, follows a cruciform plan with a west tower crowned by a tall central spire flanked by four smaller ones. Rose windows illuminate the west front and both transepts, while the nave and chancel are lit by rows of paired windows. The exterior is rendered in yellow with white detailing around windows and corners, and the interior originally carried extensive stencilled decoration, much of which was later painted over in plainer tones during a thorough 1934 renovation.

Further changes followed in the twentieth century. Restoration work in the 1950s uncovered the foundations of the earlier medieval church beneath the floor, and in 1974 the chancel was substantially reworked: new symbolic imagery replaced older decoration around the chancel windows, a fresh stone altar was installed, and a historic triumphal crucifix — rescued from the demolished medieval church and for a time held at Lund University's historical museum — was rehung, suspended on chains above the choir.

Several older furnishings deserve attention. The pulpit, dating from the early 1600s, survives from the medieval church and carries carved biblical scenes on its panels, repainted several times over the centuries and returned in the mid-1900s to something close to its original Renaissance colouring. The oak font is dated to the 1600s and holds a sixteenth-century brass basin decorated with a biblical scene; the older stone font it replaced was later moved to another local church. A seventeenth-century epitaph portrait and an eighteenth-century oil painting of the Deposition, donated by a local craftsman, also hang in the church, alongside boards listing the parish's clergy back to around the 1500s.

The church's organs reflect its later history: an 1875 instrument by Salomon Molander & Co had a façade designed by Zettervall himself, now preserved in the tower room, while the current mechanical organ dates from 1965, with a separate choir organ added in 1983.
