Vaisaluokta kåtakyrka is a distinctive Sami church building at Vaisaluokta in Jokkmokk parish, Norrbotten, built in the traditional form of a kåta rather than a conventional church structure. It reflects Sami architectural and religious tradition in Swedish Lapland.

The older of the two kyrkkåtor (church kåtas) here was built by, among others, Paulus Utsi and was consecrated in 1947. Its design takes inspiration from an ordinary Sami dwelling kåta, constructed in traditional North Sami style with a self-supporting timber frame forming an eight-sided structure. Because of its historical and cultural significance, it has been protected as a listed building (byggnadsminne) since 2004.

A second, newer kyrkkåta was erected in the summer of 1984, standing alongside the older building together with a bell frame and storage huts (kyrkbodar), forming a small ensemble of Sami church architecture.

Among the furnishings, a font and a chandelier were made by Nils Tomas Partapuoli, adding locally crafted detail to the otherwise simple interior.

The site belongs to Jokkmokk parish and stands within the area of the Sirges Sami community (sameby), reflecting the strong Sami cultural context of this remote church.
