Tystberga kyrka is a parish church in the village of Tystberga, in Södermanland, part of the Diocese of Strängnäs and serving Tystbergabygdens församling. Built of natural stone, its earliest fabric dates back to the twelfth century, making it one of the older churches in the region.

The church's oldest surviving stonework, in the western part of the nave, dates from the 1100s. In the fourteenth century the building was extended eastward, replacing the earlier chancel with the present one of the same width as the nave, and a new sacristy was added. The tower followed in the 1400s, along with a porch on the south-west side, and the interior was given vaulted stone ceilings in place of an earlier flat wooden roof. These star vaults were decorated in 1618 by a painter known as Peder målare.

Further changes came over the following centuries: the porch was rebuilt in 1717, and between 1800 and 1805 the upper tower walls were reconstructed and topped with the present spire, designed by the county master builder Sundström. A significant renovation in 1881 saw the porch and south-west entrance bricked up, new windows inserted, and the vault over the western part of the nave rebuilt in brick, with the sacristy also gaining its current vaulting.

Among the church's furnishings is a sandstone font dated to the thirteenth century, one of the oldest objects in the building. The chancel window depicts the Crucifixion, and the richly gilded pulpit with its sounding board was acquired in 1709. The church retains open bench seating and an organ gallery built in 1881.

The church has had more than one organ. An instrument by E. A. Setterquist & Son of Örebro was installed in 1881, notable for being arranged so the organist faced the altar; a contemporary newspaper notice recorded its cost and specification. The present organ, a mechanical instrument, was built in 1958 by the Danish firm Marcussen & Sön of Aabenraa.
