Tysslinge kyrka is a parish church in Tysslinge, part of Strängnäs stift in Örebro county, Sweden. Though its origins reach back to medieval times, the building visitors see today largely reflects a thorough 19th-century rebuilding.

The oldest parts of the church, the tower, porch and sacristy, are believed to date from the 1100s, making Tysslinge's origins medieval. The church was later enlarged during the 1600s and 1700s, but in 1823 it partially collapsed, prompting an almost complete rebuilding in the plain, restrained style associated with the Karl Johan era of Swedish architecture.

Among the notable interior fittings is a late Baroque altarpiece, a copy after a painting by the court painter David Klöcker Ehrenstrahl. The free-standing altar and sedilia were designed by the architect Jerk Alton. The pulpit dates from 1763 and carries an hourglass presented to the parish in 1776 to mark the birth of the future king Gustav IV Adolf. Two font basins survive: a wooden one from the 1600s and a limestone font donated in 1953.

Two members of the Stockenström family associated with the Garphyttan ironworks are buried in the church: Count Erik von Stockenström (1703–1790) and a director of the Swedish East India Company, also named Erik von Stockenström, who died in 1788.

The church's organ history spans several instruments. An early organ of five stops was built by Pehr Strand of Stockholm in 1789, replaced in 1881 by an eight-stop instrument from E. A. Setterquist & Son of Örebro, first used at Christmas that year. The current organ, built in 1940 by Olof Hammarberg of Gothenburg and later adjusted in 1982, remains in use. A separate small chancel organ built in 1967 was later moved away and is now located in another church in the district.
