Tuna kyrka is a medieval parish church in Rasbo pastorat, Uppsala stift, standing beside road 273 south of Alunda in Uppland. Likely consecrated towards the end of the 13th century, it remains a modest but architecturally interesting example of the region's stone-and-brick churches.

The nave was built during the Folkung era, probably around 1300, using a rubble stone core faced with brick from about two metres above ground level upwards. The brickwork on the exterior walls was left unplastered and decorated with blind arcading, niches and patterned brick courses, features still visible today. In the chancel, a medieval triple-window group with pointed arches survives from this early period.

The porch is thought to be one of the oldest in Uppland, built at the same time as an earlier, smaller sacristy that was later replaced during the late medieval period. During the 15th century the church received the brick vaults that still cover the interior; traces of an earlier timber trefoil vault remain above them, hidden from view.

A thorough restoration in 1892–1894, overseen by master builder C.A. Ekholm, gave the church much of its present external appearance, including a new galvanised sheet roof. During this work, earlier medieval wall paintings were discovered beneath later plaster; they were then covered again with fresh plaster and new decoration. It was not until a further restoration in 1951–1952, led by architect Claes Laurent, that the genuine medieval paintings were uncovered once more and conserved, while the 1894 paintings were retained in the porch and, in part, the sacristy.

Among the furnishings, a limestone font with rich carved ornament is considered contemporary with the church itself; its accompanying dish is German work from the 16th century. Two medieval wooden sculptures depict Saint Birgitta and Bishop Saint Henrik, and a Baroque pulpit dates from 1676. The altarpiece, in oak, was added during the 1894 restoration.

A freestanding wooden bell tower on a hill north of the church was raised in 1768 and repaired in 1795, when it is thought to have been clad in boards; traces of red paint on the timber framing suggest it was originally an open structure. Three bells hang within it, the oldest cast in 1526 and recast twice since, alongside bells dated 1648 and repeatedly recast up to 1946.

The church has had at least two organs. A small positive organ of four stops was installed in 1663, funded by a royal councillor, and later enlarged with a pedal division in the 1740s. The present organ dates from 1894, built by Setterquist & Son of Örebro, and was subsequently modified in 1957.
