Tegelsmora kyrka is a medieval parish church in Vendel-Tegelsmora parish, Uppsala diocese, standing beside the road through Tegelsmora village, roughly four kilometres north of Örbyhus in Tierp Municipality.

The church is built of grey natural stone with brick gables and portals, and has no tower. It was constructed in the later fifteenth century, when the vaults, porch and sacristy were added as part of a single building campaign. A hexagonal timber ridge turret once stood over the nave roof but was removed in 1859; traces of it can still be seen among the roof timbers in the loft.

Inside, the church retains wall paintings attributed to Erik Östensson, dated to 1504, though today these survive only in the porch rather than the main body of the church. A detached bell tower stands to the east of the church, said to date from 1727.

Among the fittings are an altarpiece and pulpit from 1765, a late fifteenth-century altar cabinet, and a font of Gotland limestone thought to date from the mid-1200s, considerably older than the present building. A chasuble from 1738 is also recorded among the church's textiles.

The church has had a succession of organs: an 1845 instrument by Pehr Gullbergson of Lillkyrka, funded by a Tegelsmora-born Uppsala merchant, was followed by a larger organ in 1908, and the current mechanical organ was built in 1968.
