Tåby kyrka is a parish church in Tåby, on Vikbolandet in Östergötland, some five kilometres northeast of Söderköping. It belongs to Västra Vikbolandets församling within the Diocese of Linköping, and stands on a site with a much older church history.

A medieval stone church once stood on this spot, and elements of that earlier building survive within the foundations of the present structure, including stones from its old stone altar. The current church was built in 1788–1789 to designs by Jacob Wulff, in a restrained neoclassical style, with a narrower sacristy added to the east. The tower was completed later, in 1819, following closely Wulff's original 1788 plans.

Among the church's older furnishings is a relief depicting the baptism of Christ, thought to date from the fifteenth century and likely once part of an altar cabinet. It is displayed above the altar in the sacristy and is considered one of the oldest items in the church, a striking survival from the medieval building that preceded the present one.

The altarpiece was painted by Pehr Hörberg in 1797, a notable example of his work found in many Swedish parish churches of the period. The pulpit dates from 1847.

The church's organ history stretches back to 1696, when Söderköping organ builder Johan Agerwall installed the first known instrument, later expanded in 1753. The organ was rebuilt in 1847 by Sven Nordström, and restored again in 1998–1999, retaining much of its historic character.
