Storsjö kyrka is a wooden parish church in Storsjö, in the Bergs kommun area of Jämtland, forming part of Hedebygdens församling within the Diocese of Härnösand. Set beside Lake Storsjön, it is a modest but characterful example of regional timber church building.

A wooden chapel was first built in 1751 on a site below the present church. The current timber church dates from 1812 and was constructed under the direction of master builder Johan Fransman; it is possible that the earlier chapel was moved and enlarged to form part of this new building.

The church has a log-built (liggtimmer) structure, with a rectangular nave, a straight-ended chancel to the east, and a tower to the west. A sacristy is attached to the east of the chancel. The exterior walls are clad in white-painted vertical board panelling, while the roof and tower cap are covered with pine shingles, a traditional feature of many rural Swedish churches of this period.

The organ was built in 1954 by the German firm Werner Bosch Orgelbau, a detail of interest to those curious about the instrument's origins, though little else is recorded about its subsequent history.
