Södra Sandby kyrka stands in the northern part of Södra Sandby, in the Swedish province of Skåne. Founded in the late twelfth century as the parish church of Södra Sandby, it retains a long architectural history spanning the medieval and modern periods.

The oldest parts of the church date from the end of the twelfth century. Later in the medieval period a tower of granite fieldstone was added, and its ground floor still contains an original groin vault. The building was substantially altered in later centuries: the tower was rebuilt and raised in 1797, a north transept was added in 1847, and the chancel was rebuilt in 1911, when the tower was also modified again. The church grounds are enclosed by hedges and stone walling.

Among the furnishings, the sandstone font has a bowl dating from the late twelfth century, decorated with a twisted rope-like carving, though its base was made only in 1911 during restoration work. A triumphal crucifix survives from the late medieval period, and the neo-antique style pulpit was built in 1847. An oak cabinet in the porch dates from the second half of the sixteenth century, and three fifteenth-century oak sculptures depicting the Virgin Mary and two bishops are also kept in the church. Sources also mention a Renaissance altarpiece and a set of stocks used historically to punish the poor, both dated to the seventeenth century.

The church has had at least two organs. The first, built in 1876 by Rasmus Nilsson of Malmö, had ten stops and was inaugurated that July. It was replaced in 1943 by a pneumatic organ built by A. Mårtenssons Orgelfabrik of Lund, which remains in use.
